We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and deliver work you've asked for.
You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete the data we hold on you at any time through the contact form. We respond within 30 days. Where GDPR or comparable law applies, we act as data processor for client project data and as controller for our own enquiry records. EU and UK data-residency options are available on request.
Work begins when you approve a written estimate and the first invoice clears. That estimate — its scope, timeline, price and assumptions — forms the agreement between us. Nothing said in a call or chat overrides it.
Anything outside the approved scope is quoted separately and only built once you approve it in writing. We will not silently absorb scope and we will not silently bill for it.
On full payment, all custom code, designs and documentation created for you become your property. Repositories, cloud accounts and domains are yours and are handed over at go-live. We retain ownership of our pre-existing frameworks, libraries and template source code, which are licensed to you under the terms below.
We treat your business information, data and plans as confidential indefinitely. We sign your NDA on request, at no cost.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, third-party service outages, or losses arising from changes made to delivered code by anyone other than us.
Hosting, domains, SMS and WhatsApp credits, model API usage, app store fees, payment gateway fees and ad spend are billed by those providers to your own accounts and are not included in our fees.
These terms apply to every platform in the template marketplace.
On every licence, the data your platform holds is yours. You can export it in a standard format at any time, and we delete our copies on request after termination.
Cancel at any time. The current month is not refunded; billing simply stops at the end of it. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term beyond the first month.
Refundable in full within 7 days of purchase if the source code has not yet been delivered and the platform has not been deployed. Once code is delivered, purchases are final — for the same reason no software vendor takes code back.
Milestones are refundable up to the point work on that milestone begins. If you cancel mid-project, you pay for completed milestones only and receive everything produced up to that point — code, designs and documentation. There is no exit fee.
Cancel with 30 days' written notice. The notice period is billable; nothing beyond it is. Unused change-request hours do not carry over and are not refunded.
Send your invoice number through the contact form. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10 business days. Crypto payments are refunded in the same asset at the rate on the refund date.
